Urgent processing only affects how fast your digital PDF is generated — it does not expedite physical shipping on its own; if you also want faster physical delivery, choose an expedited shipping method separately at checkout.

If you paid for urgent processing and it's taking longer than expected First, check Spam and Promotions for an email with subject "ITA Order:" — this is where the PDF and dashboard link are delivered, and it's the most common reason customers think nothing has arrived. If it's genuinely not been issued after the promised window, contact support with your order number right away — this is treated as a priority case.

Using the digital PDF at a rental counter or border Most rental agencies accept a digital PDF shown on your phone. A few will insist on a physical document — if you know in advance you'll need the printed booklet (for police stops, land border crossings, or a specific rental chain's policy), it's worth ordering Print + Digital rather than relying on urgent digital processing alone, since we can't guarantee a shipping carrier's delivery date the same way we can guarantee digital processing time.

Always bring your domestic license too Whichever format you use, the IDL is only valid when shown together with your valid domestic driver's license — it's a translation, not a replacement.
