Finding your tracking number Your tracking number is in the email with subject "ITA Order: [Your Name]", under the SHIPPING section. Check Spam/Promotions if you don't see it.
"Shipped" but no tracking number appears yet This is a common and usually harmless gap: sometimes a shipping label is generated a day or two before the carrier actually scans the package for the first time. If it's been more than a couple of days with no scan at all, contact support with your order number and we'll check the carrier reference directly.
Tracking hasn't moved in several days International shipments often go quiet for 3–7 days between the initial dispatch scan and customs clearance — this is normal and not usually a sign of a problem. If it's been more than 10 days since the last tracking update, contact support and we'll open a carrier inquiry.
Marked "delivered" but you never received it
Check with neighbors, a shared mailroom, or building reception first — carriers often leave packages in a safe spot rather than directly in-hand.
If it's genuinely lost, contact support — we'll issue a replacement. Replacement shipping fees may apply.
If the package was returned to sender, or you've since changed address, send your correct address and we'll re-ship. Note: a re-shipping fee applies if the original address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
In the meantime Regardless of what's happening with the physical shipment, you always retain access to your digital PDF in your dashboard — it doesn't depend on the mailed booklet arriving.
